1) Joy Eventz reserves the right to use photos taken by our team and photographer for advertising purposes and on our social media platforms.
2) We are dedicated to making the event a safe place for all. You shall not display any content, adopt a conduct, or incite any person to commit an act, which is threatening, defamatory, or obscene would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law in any manner, infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
3) It is the client’s responsibility to secure access for our team in hotels, apartments, and all venue locations, at the agreed timings, so Joy Eventz can fulfil the requirements and work agreed on.
4) Event of Force Majeure : Joy Eventz will not be liable for any interruption of service or delay or failure to provide service when such interruption, delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control or as the result of strikes, lock-outs or other labor difficulties; acts of any government, riot, insurrection or other hostilities; embargo, war, terrorism, fuel, network failures, fire, flood, acts of God, wrecks, transportation delays, etc. Joy Eventz will not make any refunds or compensation to the customer for these circumstances.
5) You shall not change the date, time or location of the event after the booking process is completed.
6) We put every effort to ensure our website contains correct information. In the event a service is listed with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to cancel any such booking / order.
7) Booking a service on the website is subject to availability of slots.
8) Joy Eventz reserves the right to update the descriptions and price of the services on the website, at it’s discretion without issuing any notice to anybody.
9) Joy Eventz reserves the right, after receiving the booking, to accept or cancel your booking / order. We may give you a call to gather additional information before accepting any order.
10) Booking is totally subjected to payment credited in Joy Eventz account. The order will only be processed after the payment is received.
11) Pricing and descriptions of all services in Joy Eventz Website are subject to change from time to time without any notice.
12) Joy Eventz has the right to cancel an order if you have not taken venue management authorizations for hall availability for decorations, movement of vehicles and materials.
13) For booking confirmation 50% of payment has to be done upfront and rest on the day of event after the setup is completed but before the event starts.
