  TERMS OF SERVICE

 
  • The decoration image displayed here is for illustrative purposes only, the decoration output may vary depending on the size and ambiance of the venue
  • Decoration accuracy will be 80 to 90 percent of the reference image
  • At least 3 hours are necessary to carry out this decoration
  • Uninterrupted power supply is required to complete the decoration on time
  • The customer has to arrange the ladder or stool for our team
  • All materials except balloons will be taken back by us
  • Our team will not clean the party hall before or after the party
  • Pack up time for afternoon events will be 3 pm
  • Pack up time for evening events will be 10 pm
  • It takes at least 1 hour to remove the decoration configuration after the event has finished
  • Please accept venue management authorizations for movement of materials and parking for our vehicles

  PAYMENT TERMS

 
  • Safe and secure UPI payment options are available
  • 50% of the payment has to be made upfront to confirm the event and balance 50% on the day of event (BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS)
  • Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled immediately after completion of the decorations
